It's almost Christmas help put a smile on a kid's face. Show love to kids who have absolutely no means of repaying you. CHRISTMAS IN A BOX gives you the perfect platform for this priceless act.
This December, Slum2School Africa has brought back another special “ChristmasInABOX” campaign and we are giving everyone an opportunity and privilege to celebrate the season with these amazing children. Slum2School has successfully supported and enrolled over 600 children into schools and we want to extend the Christmas love to similar children living in more slums.
ChristmasInABOX this year will last for 3 days and we will have a tour to 5 communities, from Emina and Saga Islands in Epe on Day 1 to Bariga and Ajegunle on Day 2 and to Makoko community where we will have the final and biggest Christmas party on Day 3. ( December 19th, 20th and 21st )
The goal of ChristmasInABox campaign this year is to bring 1000 boxes filled with simple lovable items to less privileged children who may never have the chance to get them. Some gift items include toys, wristwatches, sunglasses, storybooks, clothes, shoes, candies, cookies, teddies, bags, etc.
To participate, kindly SIGN-UP and follow these 6 little steps:
1. Look out for any empty shoe box, carton or any box within your reach.
2. Put a minimum of 5 gifts that can make a child’s Christmas memorable. They might not be super expensive.
3. Use beautiful/Colorful wrapping sheets and seal it with a nice ribbon.
4. Write the content OR age range and sex of the child whose gift you boxed.
5. Inform 5 of your friends and share the opportunity with others who would love to show love to these children.
6. SIGN UP to join ChristmasInABOX tour to one or more communities.
