Kim tapped Riccardo Tisci to help design a custom made couture Givenchy gown for her special day. Kanye also opted for a Tisci design in a black tux. Kim's classic gown is crafted from delicate lace featuring long sleeves, a mermaid train, sheer white inserts on the sleeves and back and a sweet scalloped edge.
